In this workshop we will dive into understanding our inner depth, our inner conversations and the way our mind functions and describes the world back to us. These expressions, the “stories” we tell ourselves will define how we interact and communicate with the outside world. 

Come and explore with us how to hold difficult conversations, understand the different love languages you and your loved ones might have as your filter of giving and receiving love, learn to communicate what's not being said in a way that will empower and connect you with others better. We will cover different modalities of communication verbal and non verbal.

No previous experience or knowledge required -only an open heart and inquisitive mind that is willing to ask questions, challenge assumptions and explore in a group setting.

Ran Baron is a Tantric Daka, a spiritual seeker and public speaker in the fields of theology, eastern philosophy, and mysticism. Having ventured through various spiritual paths himself, Baron was ordained as a Hindu priest (Brahmana), certified as a Yoga and Tai Chi instructor, and has been studying and practicing Buddhism, Zen, Hinduism and Yoga in many of its different flavors since the age of 14.
